We accept special projects only where the issuer structure, business purpose, jurisdictions involved, and the availability of qualified external professional support make the engagement commercially and operationally realistic. In many cases, these matters require close coordination with legal, tax, accounting, and other qualified advisors. Our role is to support planning, organization, readiness, and cross-party coordination - not to replace those professionals.

This service is appropriate for clients who have moved beyond basic setup and need a more customized framework for capital planning, special structuring, or strategic execution.

For selected non-PRC issuers, and only in permitted jurisdictions, Pithz may support certain preliminary RWA-related matters on a limited basis. This may include early-stage structuring review, documentation coordination, governance planning, and internal readiness support, subject to legal and regulatory screening and the involvement of qualified external professionals.

Pithz does not market, promote, or facilitate token offerings to Mainland China, and does not provide investor solicitation, placement, underwriting, exchange, or dealing services. The focus, where appropriate, is on internal structuring and readiness - not public promotion.
